No Direct Placement Guarantee

Submission of an inquiry or referral does not guarantee placement. All placements are subject to:

• Program availability

• Assessment of fit and appropriateness

• Approval by relevant agencies or authorities

Not a Crisis or Emergency Service

Well&Town is not an emergency intake facility. Individuals in crisis should contact 911 or appropriate crisis services.

We work in collaboration with:

• County agencies

• Case managers

• Families and guardians (when appropriate)​​

Well&Town reserves the right to decline referrals that do not align with our program scope, capacity, or safety considerations.
