All personal, behavioral, and case-related information concerning youth is treated as confidential and handled with care. Information is only shared with authorized individuals or agencies directly involved in the care, supervision, or legal oversight of the youth.

Information may be disclosed only when:

• Necessary to ensure the safety of the youth or others

• Authorized by a legal guardian, placing agency, or court order.
